Did you ever back up your phone with iTunes before? If you did, you can restore it to your new device.

For the game center, I had to wait few minutes before the saved data showed up on the settings and I can finally restore it.

I wanted to get back into the game ever since my phone broke, but when I tried to load Game Center and move my game onto my new device, no saves would load.
