Time Crystal issue

I won last week's theory about where Krono's got his laptop, and I tried using that time Crystal code to claim my 300 crystals. I never received them, and I don't know what to do.

Stormblinder- when you send the code via email, they send you a return email with a link to click on. When you do, they automatically update your crystals. If it’s not that, I’m sure @cowbunny/ @thecrab will be by with a much better answer.
