Hi. There are a few places throughout the game that you can find it. In Timecrest one when you are in Aion, teleport across the chasm.

when you are on the mountain in the last chapter of time crest one, if you pick the left path and continue upward you will run into a family of Muffies who will give a piece of it to you. These are the only places that I can remember off the top of my head where you will find some
