Thanks for the warm welcome to the community!
Right now I'm playing chapter 6, more precisely the night before the trials. Ash has just fallen asleep, so I'll continue my homework until he wakes up.

I have a love/ hate relationship with the spoilers. I hate finding out something I didn't expect. But I really love that it inspired me to play more and make other choices. I read that you can watch 1 place get destroyed in the first half. It took me 4 play throughs to finally make it happen. (And now I don't want to play the second half on that save). Sometimes when you know something is coming, it gives you a chance to really pay attention to the text that leads up to it.
That being said, I remember finding out Alicia's spoiler. It was months before part 2 came out, and my jaw was hanging open. It killed me to not have more to play after that. And now, I also have more questions.

It just gives me a new way to look at things. What's more, since I plan on playing the game multiple times, the second time is gonna be like this anyway (with me knowing more than I should).
This is actually my first post on the Timecrest forum. What got me here - I felt the need to say something I found out, but because its spoiler-ish nature, I couldn't tweet about it. Here it comes: At first, when I finished Fated Connections for the first time (a few years ago) I thought Chronos was Ash's father. This year, when I played the game again, I started theorizing that maybe Chronos was killing Valdorian soldiers in an attempt of getting to the king because he had stolen his child. I thought that Riley was kept hostage by Chronos as some sort of "an eye for an eye" and that giving Ash to his "parents" in such a secret was to hide him from Chronos. So imagine how hard it hit me today when Ash called Chronos his BROTHER and noone contradicted him . I can't say I was disappointed; more like shocked of how wrong I could have been . At least now everything makes more sense (or not, with other questions arising)
How far have you made it into the saga? It's definitely exciting when there is still lots to learn and explore!

Because of what happened in Roger's past, he grew up to very distrustful. Though you may find him annoying now, a lot was shaped by what happened to him.
Perhaps someday we'll have time to be able to add more Memory Oracles explaining what exactly happened with him & King Regis...
But right now we're focused on writing Timecrest 3.

I think if they ever posted a poll, we'd all trade Roger for AC or Riley. Sometimes I think Elise and AC are just mean. The rest of the time, I say maybe if he was less annoying, they'd go easy on him. Okay, probably not.
I just hope the creators don't decide that Elise belongs with Roger one day. That would really kill the story.

Mainly because of how annoying he is on twitter. I stopped paying attention to the game a while back.
Im only now remembering his hatred on us humans... I wanna hit him now..

There is a spoiler feature on the forums. But yeah the titles can sometimes spoil things.
Feel free though to post whatever on Timecrest. We try our best to keep spoilers hidden.

Super anxious to talk about Timecrest but terrified of potential spoilers? XD I've already gotten a few just from weekly question titles and I'm like "eeeep!" *keeps head down*
But I love it so much and wish I could fandork out about it more.
Also it makes me sad to know Ignis hates Ash having known for so long how Ash feels about Ignis. Sadness. T-T
And I officially just went from finding Roger annoying to wanting to punch him in the head. With a brick.Last edited by Matdredalia; 01-14-2017, 06:41 AM.Tags: None
